Flaxseeds are very rich in Omega 3 and this has been found to be helpful in reducing cellulite.
Cellulite is largely hereditary and has no relationship to a persons weight. Over 80% of adult women have cellulite on some part of their bodies and Caucasians are much more prone to it than Asians.
Some medical experts believe that a diet high in omega 3 fatty acids (flaxseeds, salmon, walnuts), lecithin (soy, eggs, cauliflower) and antioxidants (berries and all citrus fruits) can help to greatly reduce cellulite.
