If you are not eating a lot of beans and vegetables daily, ground flaxseed is the best way to ensure you get sufficient fiber in your diet.

He personally takes two heaping tablespoons of ground flaxseed each day as well as 2,000 mg of flaxseed oil (in capsule form).
